Initiate a royalty-bearing purchase. SW handles payment split (70/30), creator payout queuing, and licence provisioning atomically.

Creator royalty dashboard data — earnings by skill, period, channel. Payout history and pending balance.

POST/api/v1/verify/applyRate: 10/day

Submit a verification application (Basic to Accredited). Returns application ID and estimated review timeline.
